All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit or prepayment may be required to secure a reservation.

Full payment is required upon check-in unless otherwise agreed upon.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is flexible, and check-out time is 11:00am.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Accommodation Policies:
Guests must provide a valid identification document upon check-in.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the accommodation.
Amenities and Services:
Any additional charges for extra services or amenities will be clearly communicated to the guest.
Guest Responsibilities:
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and adhere to the accommodation’s rules and regulations.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property and its contents during their stay.
Liability and Indemnity:
The accommodation shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injuries sustained by guests during their stay.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold the accommodation harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their actions or conduct.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
Cancellation made within 7 day of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total reservation cost.
Force Majeure:
The accommodation shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in providing services or accommodations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
Privacy and Data Protection:
The accommodation respects the privacy of its guests and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
The accommodation may collect and use guest information for the purposes of reservation management, communication, and legal requirements.
